An animated walk-through of my 2009 CGI TARDIS interior redesign. Taking all my favourite elements from the classic series, and giving them a revamp, this is the kind of look I would personally like to see again. Harking back to the original roots of the time machine control room from 1963 (including a console whose buttons and readouts follow the template of the original) - the time machine is brightly lit, spacious and quite typically futuristic. I grew up with the 'Five Doctors' control room (or console room as JNT would have it), and from this I borrowed the trim on the console, and the style of the central column - which I prefer not to see connected to the ceiling. I have borrowed the deep roundels of the sixties, and the flat ones from the eighties, and created a hexagonal cha...

Please check out their website for more information here... http://baseblack.com Baseblack website quote: "We make images for big screens." Sometimes we work on non-theatrical releases, but we're a bit picky. Film-making is a collective experience, where a group of people get together to either tell or be told a story. You the audience tune in to our Visual Effects whether you know it or not. You can watch our work at a big screen near you, or through samples on this site. If it's here then you might have already seen it somewhere else. All work in progress is confidential, we can't leak it. "We're lucky, this is what we do every day" Sometimes people enter a place where they expect to be seduced into suspending disbelief. Film-makers often feel the need for something special to hel...
Every evil overlord and criminal mastermind needs a surveillance room to see just how badly their minions are holding their own against intruders... 3ds Max project, the room is CGI only. Comment or like if you like what you see. I needed to do 30 second 3d animation for my 3ds Max course at Metropolia UAS. It was supposed to be "a room", but modeling my living room never really sounded as interesting as modeling your classic survaillance room that has my old videos running on screens as survaillance footage. I tried to keep the room relatively low poly to shorten the render time. The whole scene only has 4 000 or so polys. The videos playing on the screens are all made by me and can be found on my Youtube channel. The videos used are; Jedi Knight, Exile | Star Wars Fan Film The Reign ...
"A guy cannot resist a visit to the Game Room filled with the latest 3d Technology" Made with 3ds max 2009, rendered with vray. The I focused mainly on the storytelling and the placements of camera shots. My character animation skills weren't at its best at the time, but I think the pacing and the build up in it is good. The zero-gravity hallway fight scenes were achieved by using "...massive, rotating sets that twisted and turned and forced Gordon-Levitt to maneuver with utmost caution. Five-hundred crew-members were involved in the scene, which took a full three weeks to complete." The sets were built in a London airplane hangar, including a horizontal hallway that rotated 360 degrees, a vertical one and a set with steel trolleys to which the actors were attached by wires (later erased using visual effects).
One summer day she went away
Gone and left me, she's gone to stay
She's gone, I don't worry
I'm sitting on top of the world
All the summer worked all this fall
Had to take Christmas in my overalls
She's gone, but I don't worry
I'm sitting on top of the world
Going down to the freight yard
Gonna catch me a freight train
Going to leave this town
Worked and got to home
She's gone, but I don't worry
